Hotel Rules

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following Hotel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience. These Hotel Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These Hotel Policy/House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between DC Accomodations and the guest. Our Hotel Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty of ₦ 3,000.

The use of fire in the hallway and or guest rooms for the purpose of heating and cooking is prohibited.

Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited.

Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places in the hotel is prohibited.

Leaving unattended luggage or other items in the hallway or lobby is prohibited

Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 1 month from your departure date, unless otherwise instructed.

Damages, losses and complaints All faults of equipment or the state of the residential building should be immediately made known to the office staff so that they could fix them or compensate for them, if possible.

A guest should also immediately report and fix damage caused to the residential building, other buildings of the establishment or its movable property. If damages are not timely reported, the loss is later calculated according to the price list in effect: the guest bears full responsibility for the state of an accommodation unit he booked during the whole period of stay.
