Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy every day of every stay so we pledge to you our service guarantee. The professional and friendly staff here are committed to making your stay both enjoyable and comfortable.


  • Cancellation Policy
  • Booking can be cancelled without extra expenses, but it must be cancelled no later than 10 days before arrival.
  • Room not occupied by 10:00pm will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
  • In an event of No show without cancellation, Total cost of the booking fee is retained.
  • A 70% deduction will be made for cancellations received on the same day as the arrival date.
  • A 60% deduction will be made for cancellations received a day before the arrival date.
  • A 50% deduction will be made for cancellations received two(2) or three(3) days before the arrival date.
  • A 30% deduction will be made for cancellations received five(5) or six(6) days before the arrival date.
  • A 20% deduction will be made for cancellations received seven(7) days before the arrival date.
  • A 10% deduction will be made for cancellations received eight(8) days before the arrival date.
